so it's my first official day not having ANY added sugar (including fruit),
and i want to kill someone.

i'm lethargic, annoyed, anxious, and craving sweets even though i am not hungry for anything else.

it's almost to the point of painful. (not to be dramatic, but honestly!)

i always wondered how people could be addicted to cigarettes... i thought it was so silly.

welp, now i know. and i hate itttttttttttttttttttttt.
