Winter TW Abel/ 0 Comments It's easy to forget the Winter inside of me that comes when the time for nature to change her seasons has arrived. First the Autumn chill, the changing of green landscapes to yellow and maroon and shortly after, to grayish hues. Darker times are coming; Winter is never too far behind. But in the center of the vast iciness, the grey horizon meeting the white and tenebrous Earth, there is an ultimate beauty: an understanding that this is the essence of life. An ebb and flow of warmth and lightness, darkness and somber dusk's. It is only natural to feel the way my Mother does year after year. There is comfort among the cold that wades within me.
