1) don't expect anything, from anyone, about anything. not in a pessimistic-people-suck sort of way. rather, humans can't mind read. expectations lead to disappointment. 

2) texting ruins lives, and games are for children. be true to your feelings if they are valid and in best interest. and speak in person on personal matter. social media and cell phones are little orbs of disaster, perishing things like tone, emotion, and inflection which are natural and vital in conversation. not to mention animated facial features and flailing hand gestures (both, i have been told, create a sort of charm specific to me).

3) be organic. natural. some rainy days, some tsunami-like, and some days with so much sun the world seems indestructibly perfect. let. it. be.
