so of course i start the morning by torturing myself by looking at rescue dogs on the internet. torture. tears escaping my eyes at the beauty and innocence of these sweet creatures. i have a soft spot for big dogs. i love all dogs, (in fact, all animals), but big dogs hold a very special place in my heart. i grew up with a beautiful husky in minnesota (named cherokee- she looked like a wolf) and my childhood companion was a german shepherd named shania (i was obsessed with shania twain). so this morning, i stumble upon this beauty named claudia:




is this real life? she is insanely beautiful and in dire need of a forever family home. if i could, i would be on a plane to CT to meet her right this second. 100%. read more about claudia and the other big dogs here.
