Gluten, Goodbye

An incredible wealth of information. 
Today is over a WEEK of being gluten FREE. Who would have thunk that the biggest consumer of Doughnut Plant and Sundaes & Cones (me) could do it? I sure didn't. But let me say this- it has been wonderful.
I feel lighter, I have more energy, and the craziest thing off all? I don't have monstrous, annoying cravings anymore. I eat breakfast and I feel fine until about 3 pm. That has NEVER happened before. Ever. Usually I eat breakfast around 10 am then need to eat again by noon or I might chew someone's face off if they stand to close. 

Below I have some new goodies to try and experiment with. I'm truly excited to enter this new stage of my, well, life. I tried vegetarianism four years ago, and I still am one till this day. It was hard at first, but I feel so much better about what I put in my body as well as the ethics I support through my consumerism and word-of-mouth.

Cilantro lime shrimp & green beans (i'd add some edamame too.)
Avo with black pepper, lemon, and olive oil.
